Contract Management

Any commercial catering project can be challenging and often complex.

To ensure that all projects are delivered within the timescale and budget agreed upon, The Design House has a dedicated contract management team, overseen by Robin, who will work in conjunction with all the stakeholders, liasing with the overall main contractor’s project team.

Upon completion of any project, our Project Manager will arrange the operator’s equipment training and ensure that every item has its own Operations Manual.

After the project has been handed over, our award winning service division Airedale Technical Care (ATC) will be on hand 24/7, 365 days a year to respond to any queries you may have, including arranging Preventative Maintenance Contracts for added peace of mind when the initial warranty period has expired.

Our Contract Management team are also able to assist on installing all M&E services and can provide all floors, walls and ceiling finishes.
